Moving Contract for ________________________________ Hourly_______
Rate On this date, ____________, the Parties to this Agreement, ____________________ (“Customer”) and Daniel Leach of (“All-ProMoving“”), hereby agree that Moving Service will provide moving services to Customer in accordance with the terms set forth below: 1. SERVICES. Customer hires Moving Service to provide moving services in accordance with these terms: A. Location – Moving Service will transport Customer’s possessions, furniture, appliances and goods (herein “property”) from: Current Address ______________________ ______________________ ______________________ to: Destination Address ______________________ ______________________ ______________________ B. Timing – Moving Service will begin rendering services on ___________ and will complete services by ____________. C. Services – Moving Service will load all Customer’s possessions from Customer’s current address into a vehicle, will drive that vehicle to Customer’s destination address, and will unload all Customer’s possessions at their destination address. The following services and restrictions will apply: i. If Moving Service will not provide packing services the Customer is obligated to pack the Customer’s own property into appropriate boxes and other containers and all items packed by the customer will not be covered by insurance monetarily. ii. Moving Service will disassemble and reassemble furniture as is appropriate. iii. Moving Service will unload Customer’s property into specific rooms at Customer’s direction. iv. Moving Service will use ____ number of employees during the loading and unloading phases. 2. PAYMENT. Customer agrees to pay Moving Service in accordance with these terms: A. Hourly Rate – Customer will pay Moving Service ______ per hour during the packing, loading and unloading phases. Customer will pay Moving Service ______ for driving time. Moving Service employees will take breaks in unison. Customer will not pay the hourly rate during breaks taken by Moving Service employees. The hourly rate applies to all employees at once and not to each individual employee. B. Other Costs Customer will not pay per mile. Customer will not pay for gas costs. Customer will not pay for moving supplies. Customer will pay _____ per hour for any waiting time caused by Customer’s tardiness. Customer will pay _____ for storage for up to _____ days until Customer arrives at Customer’s destination address. C. Maximum Price – Customer will pay a maximum price of _________, no matter the amount Moving Service might earn under the terms of this Agreement. D. Time of Payment – Customer will pay Moving Service a down payment of ___________ on or by the date ______________. Customer will pay the remaining balance within ______ days of Moving Service completing services and supplying Customer with a bill for services. 3. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS – Moving Service hereby agrees that it understands the requirements and intricacies of Customer’s move and that it will not charge Customer for any additional costs or for any services not described in this Agreement. 4. LICENSING AND INSURANCE
A. Insurance – Moving Service will personally insure customers’ property for any damage caused during Moving services, regardless fault. Any and all Electronic devices such as TV, Radio, Computer, Parts, Fake Artificial furniture will not be covered by insurance or replacement of monetarily. SIGNED & DATED The Parties have read and understood the foregoing terms and agree to them.
